Elio "Cohen" Casti is a soundman working for UN Public Broadcasting.
Appearance
He is blind, and always wears opaque black glasses. He has short white hair. The glasses are actually built with a sonar feedback system that allowed him to create a three-dimensional model of any space he occupied.[1]

Cohen was on the streamcast team of Monica Stuart when she produced the documentary on the crew of the Rocinante. Cohen was secretly a mole, installing a backdoor in the Roci's computer systems on a contract for Melba. Cohen realizes that he's been deceived and betrayed when Melba's plot unfolds and it puts him in the line of fire.
