Biography[]
Cobb meets with Detective Octavia Muss socially after-hours.
Throughout the series[]
“We've gone too far” — Cobb is enjoying some time with Muss at a bar when they are interrupted by Josephus Miller. Miller seems jealous of Cobb spending time with Muss and quickly gets him to leave.[1]
Later, as Star Helix personnel are are getting ready ot deal with rioting over the destruction of the Canterbury, Cobb wants to arrest known OPA members Captain Shaddid won't let him.[2]
After Template:TVchr is attacked, Cobb lets Muss know the Filat Kothari video, showing the attack, was posted and that Miller hasn't shown up to participate in the search for his partner's attacker.[3]
